The room was big enough, there is buffet breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. The swimmingpool is quite big and clean and there is also a sauna. You can have buffet dinner if you want with 70 PLN per person. And you pay at the bar. You also have the option to order a-la-carte from the menu. Parking costs 40 PLN per day but you can park for free a few steps away from the hotel. We found a lot of parking spots behind a building 30 m from the hotel. Right next to the hotel, there is sister hotel - Express Hotel Krakow. People from that hotel serve the breakfast at Premier Hotel. The hotel is not luxury but it is worth it for the money, especially for the food and SPA. The staff is friendly, they speak english and they are ready to help you anytime.

The hotel is clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Esthetically the place looked nice (not "outdated" as the photos might have suggested). I liked to get some work done from my laptop on the sunny terrace as there were chairs and tables available for the hotel guests. The stay exceeded the expectations I and my friend had.

The room was perfectly 🥰 isolated (sound proof). I couldn't hear the next-door kids who were screaming and listening to TV so I could rest. The pool, even if it was small, was perfect! My daughter would have stayed all day long in the water if not for the trip we planned.

We stayed here for a night and I can say it’s a good deal! Breakfast was great. Too many to choose from. Clean room. But a bit old, but who cares, for the price itself, it’s already a good deal! So when in budget, this is the best place to be in. Friendly staff too by the way.

I would say that the hotel is a strong 8,5. The room is your average hotel room with the all the basics. The mattresses are a bit too soft for my liking, but ok. The stuff is friendly. Access to the pool is a big plus for the price. Nice water, decent size. Happened to be rather empty during our stay.

The hotel was clean and modern. You could use the swimming pool in the hotel. This was clean and big enough to swim in ,unlike some.hotel pools that are small and just a splash pool. There was a sauna there too.

liked swimming pool and sauna, in the rooms you have gowns, kettle, cups, water, coffee/tea stickers, we had a bath tub in a room) Check out time was aloud to prolong for one our) super nice breakfasts, big choice of food.
